While I was at Apple, I found myself doing something simple: connecting great designers I knew with great companies building products that mattered. No big pitch. No recruiting machine. No noise. Just real relationships, good taste, and a deep respect for the work.
That simple act helped early teams at Airbnb, TuneIn Radio, Dropbox, and others find the design talent they needed to shape products people would eventually love.
Since then, Desiggggn has stayed true to that same idea.
We are not here to flood inboxes, chase volume, or play the typical recruiting game. We are here to make meaningful connections between exceptional designers, design leaders, founders, and product teams who care deeply about craft, clarity, and building something great.
